help with neogeocd for psp

i`m new to all this emu and rom thing...i got ever emu like nes,snes and sega to work..but i don`t understand what ya`ll mean by bios and stuff..the emu for neogeocd shows the loading screen but goes back to the eloader screen...i`m trying to play metal slug r anything for that matter.....pleas help me...thnxs...i have 2.6..i would like to downgrad but to scared i`ll brack my psp..

hello...You should try to downgrade using the easydowngrader its very safe...(u can download it from this site...)

the bios is; let say like the firmware of the psp...you need that file in order to emulate the neocd. u can find this file with google...when u have it just drop on the folder next to your game iso...

i looked at it but my psp has that number it say if i have that number do not dowgrade...
i got it to work but how do u change the rom,,,meanning it starts with metal slug but i want to play samuri shodown.. help
