As good as the Magic Mouse is compared to Apple's previous mice, it does have some award fingering positions that are mandatory for using gestures. This patent by Apple extends the awkwardness by making the entire mouse rock for navigation.
The mouse has "sensors and a triple-axes gyroscope that detects the roll, pitch and yaw," much like the way PS3's Sixaxis controller detects all six axes. Horizontal and vertical scrolling on this may be useful, but it also raises the problem of always making sure your mouse is balanced properly or else your page/document will scroll by itself. So, maybe? [Patently Apple]
