VMU Game Download

OK I need to get a VMU program onto my VMU. Specifically, Chao Editor 2 for SA2 (http://www.deco.franken.de/myfiles/editor2.html). It's a .VMI file on the page as you can see. Can I burn something onto a CD to get that prog onto my VMU?

Download the saves:

Then download DreamExplorer:

Then selfboot it as usual.

Thanks so much!!! Do I just burn the .VMI and .VMS file on the CD with the Dream Explorer CD?

Wait.. I got the .cdi image of DreamExplorer. How do I put those files into the image?
Is this what I do?

1. Get the scrambled 1ST_READ.bin file from the website.
2. Get the GUI files.
3. Put my files in the CD root with 1st_read.bin
4. Use BootDreams.
5. Burn.
