Uber Rare 2004 CPS-2 Game Wanted!

Im not asking where it is, but has anyone ever seen this rom about? I've checked everywhere, and am beginning to think its the rarest rom out there. Maybe because it only came out in 2004, and its a CPS-2 game! I want's it.

I've had a good look around the web for you with no joy, FYI this arcade game was only released in Japan and Asia it didn't have a US or Euro release (It was however ported to the PS2 and Xbox as part of The Street Fighter Anniversary Collection) .
If the Rom has been dumped in the last two years I have not seen evidence of a XOR table for it which is required to get past the CPS2 encryption algorithm so in MAME for example its listed as non-working.
