Sound problems in Gemp/RIN. help!

Ok, so when I first load up a rom, the sound works fine, but as soon as I go into the menu and come back to the game, the sound is gone. WTF? does this have to do with the .cfg files? Is anyone else having this problem?

oh yeah, I have a 1.5 psp.

does it only happen in Homer's Rin or GEMP? if so change to the regular Rin. its what i use. I know Homer's RIN is better for 2.x

ah, nevermind, i got it to work somehow
