1- The game must be for GameCube. Don't mind which way you programmed or compiled it (Linux, devkitPPC, devkitcube,...).
2- The game must have at least a multiplayer mode for 8 player or more. The votes from the panel of judges will center in this multiplayer mode.
3- The game must have the competition banner as one of the intro images.
4- The game must be sent at least by .dol file (better if it is compressed with .7z, .rar, .zip,... takes less time to be received). It will be sent to gc_homebrew AT hotmail.com Adress created only for this competition, so don't send spam because nobody will read it.
To be sure I received your game, comment it in any forum you have seen this topic.
5- The game must be sent from August 10th 2006 to October 10th 2006.
6- After October 10th, if there is 1 or more entries, the panel of judges will vote the winner and 2nd winner. The 3rd price will be public. So anyone out of the panel of judges will vote for the 3rd price. For the public votation, we will announce later at the end of competition how you can vote to avoid infractions.
7- In case there is only 2 entries, the first price will be voted by the panel of judges, and the second price will be the public one.
8- Anyone can enter the competition unless the organizators and the panel of judges.
I must say that there are better source codes that the one I include. I learned the bases of C language about 2 weeks ago for this competition, the code works but have some bugs and could have been written shorter and less messy.
Anyways you may want to know how I did some stuff, so I uploaded it anyway.
