Default PC Won't Read Memory Card

For some reason my PC won't read my MS.

I plug the USB cable and click the "USB Connection" on the PSP and it's connect but it says I only have 9 MB total space, even though the card is 4 GB.

The odd thing is if I connect trough the recovery menu (with the same USB cable) everything is fine.

    I have a PSP 2000 running GEN 5.50-B (full).

I have tried formatting the card from both the computer and PSP but nothing seems to work. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    EDIT--

Fixed it, apparently the USB Device in VSH Menu had changed from Memory Stick to Flash 3.
