Updated to 2010.8.03 Wind Pro DSi, multi- PC application emulators including 3 for the Nintendo DS ( No $ gba / DeSmuME / iDeaS ) and 1 for the Game Boy Advance ( VBA- M ) and tools ( customizable emulator / Zoom / etc ...).
