What PS1 Games Do You Want To See Working In Sonys PS1 Emulator for PSP

I am thinking Sony is only going to have in house titles out for their Emulator. I mean do they have the right to republish and distribute games made for their old psx console that were made by third party developers? Chances are they don't, it's not like music where they own the rights to the creative property these third party developers made. So unless I'm wrong they won't be redistributing third party games made for the psx without relicensing them somehow.

are you saying that if sony makes a ps1 emulator, it wont work like an emulator should? So the roms would have to be "special" just for the psp ps1 emulator?

Sony pays this so called third partys to make and develope a game for there counsil. Witch legaly gives them full rights to the copy material.

I’ve been told on this board that we would never see a commercial release of the Punisher or Marvel Vs Capcom etc for PSP (thanks god for NJ) because EA now as the rights for the Marvel name and not Capcom... so would a similar thing apply to 3rd party games that came out on the PS1 emulator?
