Newbie getting started need help with hardware

Heya have just bought a nds and wondered about running homebrew and backed up rom games, have looked around on the internet and found this set called NeoFlash Flash Cart set (512mb version) is this everything i need to get started to play homebrew games and stuff or do i also need more cards to go with it the link is here :

Actually, I would highly suggest the M3 adapter and Passcard 3. YOu need to buy Compact Flash/Secure Digital/Mini Secure Digital and soon, for NDS lite only, Micro Secure Digital cards.

The expandable memory is nice.
