Joe releases a new app for the PSP, heres the details:

PSP ~ Homepage Creator is a simple program made for people who have very little or no experience in html. It allows the user to add different content to a HTML page and finally create that page in the root of the memory stick of the PSP. This can also let you preview the page on your PC before you save to the PSP All instructions are in the README on how to use.
