Is this emu just like his Neo geo emu?cuz it doesnt have the folders to put roms and cache files in it?

Load up the emulator once, then go back to your XMB, then go into USB mode, then go back to your emulator dir. Then you will find all the necessarry folders, for you to stick your Cache files and your roms.
