where do you buy resisters?

where do you buy resisters? i went to radio shack and they said that they don't sell things like that anymore. i also went to circuit city because that's were radio shack told me to go and they don't sell them either.

I bought mine at radioshack.. but that was ~2 months ago... I heard they were going out of business....
Try a different radioshack, perhaps they could order it for you...
You can buy in online, for sure...

don't know where u live but i've seen them in walmart with the fuses, i think that is where they were

hmm walmart... didn't even think of that. ill go ahead and look online though since i have a week before my GPS gets here. can any one suggest a site?

If you can't find it maybe you can get any, somewhat old, defective (like a radio) device and look for resistors inside... if you have access to such device I can post here the colors code for resistors

actually i just might have a few things that i could scavenge from. whats the color code for resistors?

i don't want to buy them online because i don't want to wait for it, since my GPS will be here in 3 days.

google the color codes, but better yet measure the resistance with multimeter if you have one...
if you use holux, you may even try (at your own risk) to hook it up w/o the resistor.. some people reported that it works fine for them... then again, there is a small chance that you brick your PSP...
