Dreamcast problems. Need help.

I have two dreamcasts. One with a ntsc-u 1 and one with a ntsc-u 0.My dc with the 1 quit working recently. It turns on but nothing registers no screen or anything just fuzz, like I never turned it on. The one with the 0 doesnt play any of my burned games except bust-a-move, I dont know why but it does. Weird $#@!. Is there any way of modding my dc with the 0 to play games, or swiching components between the two.
