i made a small flash movie for my coursework. i submited to newsground.com http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view/168304

after submiting it i found that the timeing of the music was off.

what do u guys think? and is the timeing off for u too?

edit:
well that sucks, one second i have a score of 1.49/5 then next second it was rejected.

turns out it has to have a a better score than 1.6 to say in...... :-/

just have to get the collisioon detection working and it will start taking shape! problem is that hit-test will not work!

looking good man, i don't really know actionscript really. I sorta prefer Director Shockwave now, making a game myself, i'll post when it's finished. A zelda/pokemon style game.

i have director, but never used it. whats it like? i heard u can import any flash stuff u have done in to it.

i dont know actionscript too well either, but flashkit.com has lots of examples!

director is wicked... and yup you can import flash swf files too. it s cool because you can export as exe/mac executable . its very similar to flash in a lot of ways... just easier to learn and more powerful...
