Default Can someone explain MMD's FAT problem to me?

Ok, I have DSOrganize and NDSMail. Both of which have problems running because of FAT. Now I thought that FAT was a disk format and my CF is FAT, so what is it that is causing the problems?

and I know it's in some way relevant to me but I have no idea what to do with it.

I think it is the structure of the MMD, all the MMD is is a modified GBAMP, which makes it not to compatible with homebrew, not sure on that though

There must be some way of hacking MMD or cracking DSOrgaizer to make it work though?

if the mmp/d is just a modified version of the gbamp, couldn't we just use the gbamp hack on the mmp/d, and run programs off of moonshell and stuff?
