so if i update to 2.71, then install this i got 2.71 with 1.50 eboots and stuff from psp menu?

This is for 1.50 only!

It formats your flash and installs both 1.50 and 2.71 to your flash. Please read the readme, and follow it to a T to ensure you don't brick.

This seems like the Epilson bios, the way people are putting it. But I don't quite see the point in doing this just yet. Because if 0x89 is right around the corner, I'm definently going to want that

Also there is no guarentee this is going to work, with the information provided.

And if you have firmware 1.5, with custom firmware, and you already have the latest dev hook "that can emulate firmware 2.71- . Then what is the point in this? If this could support playing UMD backups like dev hook could then I would understand the meaning in this. But the way it seems. You will have to use dev hook to play UMD backups (chill guys) I only do t his to save batterey.

Now if this eventually allows virtual UMD mounting then I would see the point in doing this. But at the moment, its just firmware 2.71 running homebrew. Can't 1.5 already do this =P

my thoughts exactly, but this is a huge breakthrough even though the TA-082 mobos can't enjoy it
