[source: Blackaddr @ xboxhacker.org] I took quick look at the Trinity and Corona SMCs. Btw, the entry point for all SMCs up to and including Jasper is 0x756. The entry point for Trinity and Corona are both 0x7E3. Corona is still using an 8052, and is structured the same as previous SMCs, however this one is twice the size (address space). Regarding HANA communication: - Corona still uses the same I2C communication routines as Zephyr->Trinity in the SMC to talk to the HANA. - Jasper and Trinity have essentially the same set of register accesses to initialize the HANA. This implies Jasper and Trinity have essentially the same HANA. - Corona uses the I2C same routines, BUT has completely different registers for initialization. This implies the Corona HANA has not simply been copackaged (reused), it could be a brand new design. Up until now the HANA has served two purposes. It's a video DAC with HDMI, and it's a clock synthesizer for the system.
