My ps2 controller's right analog stick only directs down but not up when pointed up. I have already taken the controller apart. How do I fix the right analog stick?

Yeah my problem isn't really bad, yet I was just wondering if it is fixable. In some of my games that require analog use, such as tokobot, and dead head fred, occasionally the character will run to the right for a short second. Some games it doesn't happen at all...is it a analog out of neutral position? how can I fix it?

ok my analog stick is moving fine in all the other games but in socom ftb2 it moves very slow and it started when i updated to 3.93

I have serious problems with my PSP's analog movement, and I don't think it's the problem with the stick.

Just out of curiousity, I booted up a game without the faceplates, meaning just the PCB of the PSP w/o the button/analog contacts.

I've noticed it STILL moves even without the analog stick in its place. Can someone help?
