Next week, the 10th anniversary edition of the international game developers conference Quo Vadis will open their doors within the scope of the German Games Days (April 24 to 28, 2012) in Berlin. Around 130 renowned international and European speakers such as Lars Gustavsson, creative director of the EA Dice series "Battlefield", Scott Yoo, Game Service and Marketing Director Nexon Europe, Hyun-jik Bae, CEO of Nice Korean Transportation Co.Ltd, Michal Nowakowski from THE WITCHER publisher CD Projekt RED, Odile Limpach, Managing Director Blue Byte / Ubisoft GmbH and many more are expected to attend the three-day conference in Cafe Moskau in Berlin. Quo Vadis 2012: The Keynoters

Under the heading "Social gaming: How games relate to social needs" Odile Limpach, Managing Director Blue Byte / Ubisoft GmbH, will hold the opening keynote speech on Tuesday April 24 (1pm).

The Swede Lars Gustavsson, creative director of the EA DICE hit series "Battlefield", over 10 million copies sold, and one of the best known game developers globally, will speak in his keynote address "Battlefield 3 - Lessons Learned" on Wednesday, April 25 (12:00 clock) about the challenges and experiences in the development of "Battlefield".

In his keynote address entitled "Worldwide monetization of free-to-play MMO's" Scott Yoo, Game Service and Marketing Director Nexon Europe, presents on Wednesday, April 25 (1p.m.) possibilities and chances of success of monetization models for online games.

Christopher Schmitz, Head of Production, Ubisoft and Benedikt Grindel, head of live operation, Ubisoft GmbH, present on Thursday, April 26 (12:00 clock) the next world exclusive free-to-play title from Ubisoft with their keynote titled "Ubisoft F2P: The next level" concerning the success strategies of the globally operating company in the free-to-play (F2P) area.

Quo Vadis 2012: The Highlighted Sessions

Under the headline "From Zero to Million: The story of The Witcher - You can do it, too" Michal Nowakowski of the independent Polish development studio CD PROJECT RED presents on Wednesday April 25 (2:30p.m.), the success story of the internationally acclaimed series THE WITCHER.

Hyun-jik Bae, CEO of the Korean Nettention Co.Ltd describes on Thursday April 26 (11:00 a.m.), under the title "Pilgrim Progress of game server and network technology," in addition to the history of FTP-online games in Korea, especially the technical challenges in the development of game engines.
