New Devhook Hybrid MOD with 3.01 prx

1stly this isnt a 3.01 devhook its just a 2.71+3.01 prx so U can play 2.81+ umd games.

there are two types 1 is a devhook mod another is a mod for 2.71 seb

I recommend the devhook mod its safer.

Havent tested it and they say TonyHawk project 8 works.
So this will come in handy for MGS Portable OPS(Coz I am gettin it)

Tested with Eragon. Again Fine.

Run the exe, Follow the instruction (finding the drive that your psp is on your pc) and awaaaay you go!
