I have just made using my knowledge of PHP a site that you can add you rom descriptions and whether working or not it is completely public with no mods except me so don't vandalize it. It should make finding out how well a rom works or not easier. Give it a go I will start adding to it as soon i have some more free time the address is here:

I think he under anticipated exactly how much attention this would get and it took its toll on the host. ^_^; Most likely there's an allotment and it's overshot the bandwidth limit, maybe? Or just sheer bad luck.

Looks like he might be hosting it himself, so he might be having some downtime on his PC. o_O
