Default Psp as a wirelesscard for a pc?

Is it possible to connect to a wireless router from a pc with:
a WINXP pc with no wireless card
    a psp
a psp to pc usb cable

I'd like to connect to the network (and the internet) from a laptop that doesn't have wireless capabilities. Is there some prog or driver that will make my computer use my psp as a wireless card to connect to the network, and how would I do this?
