I would like a bit of background on the certificate files:

• What is the file extension?
• What is the exact file size?
• Where is the file located in the Memory Stick?
• Are there any titles that have an expiration other than "Never"?

Since it is illegal to actually send the files places, and I am a not-illegal guy, I want as much background as possible on these files since I can't have them myself.

God, why did those jagoffs have to smash a perfectly good PS3 instead of giving it to me?

  Crash Bandicoot 468mb
  Syphon Filter 386mb
  
• Where is the file located in the Memory Stick?
  PSP/GAME/SCUS94240 (SCUS94240 is Syphon Filters Folder name)
  
• Are there any titles that have an expiration other than "Never"? No
