I wonder how good this downgrader really works...i know its still early but i need a little more assurance that this will wokr before i try it.

First off, Thank you for such a wonderful program. I think $ony should burn for the ta-82 mobo's.

Now I want to know if there is any actual successful installs of this from this scene. I have a ta-82 mobo which came stock 2.60 FW. Upgraded to 2.71 and found devhook and HEND. What I want to do is install 2.71SE-C. Would this program make it possible for me to do that? I would just do it except I dont want to brick my psp. If anyone with a stock 2.6 ta-82 mobo has completed this let me know.

dgen 1.70 works perfectly for me....you sure you have everything for it set up right? i have ta-082 and emulate 1.5 as well...never noticed any problems with dgen

Wow, amazing the homebrew scene really knows how to pack a punch against SONY's mobo. Hopefully this opens the door to a lot of new people. But we also have to remember the later PSP's now are on a Ta-086 mobo. So chances are a whole new downgrading method will have to be made for those.

Just chatting on a well known IRC chanel i go on and apparently this downgrader is a FAKE so if you do use it use with extreme caution....

Yeah apparantly Dark_Alex thinks its a fake. Well I'm not going to try anything for now. I've been waiting since I got my psps why not wait a bit more.
