I need help with a broken psp

I was thinking about buying a use psp out of ebay.
Then I have my my psp fw 3.02
I was thinking if I use the psp from ebay go to gamestop and telling then it won't work will they gave me a new one I have the warranty.. lol

I just need if it works or not please post

buy one from ebay use the warranty of my other psp will it work or not

They may check the serial number behind the battery and if it doesn't match the one you bought, they probably won't swap it. Good luck though.

They probaly will but you have a good chance still ending up with a TA-082

Serious question.. Has anyone in the UK ever had a TA-082? Cause in total I've downgraded like 15 PSP's including a brand new one this week and never had a TA-082.

how can you tell if the PSP as a TA-082? if it helps my PSP is the 1000 version, not the 1003/4 that UK got.

I swapped mine that I actually bought from there back when I lived in america, they checked the cerial number, and swapped it for a ta-082, but my dad went on vacation to america and brought back my bro a non-ta-082 from costco(value pack) and now he's enjoying homebrew, it came loaed with 2.01, but anyways gamestop updates all PSP's now.
