its not 3.02 kernal, its 1.50 kernal with 3.02 over the top

and it does not mean in any way that there will soon be a downgrader, this has nothing to do with downgrading

No until there is a way to run user mode homebrew on a 3.0 there is no chance for a downgrader

lol. its okay. but i mean would there be any chance. because for some reason i remember reading about a 3.02 kernal. so idk. maybe im imaging things. either way GREAT work DAX

EDIT:: This was in the readme. this is what im talking about. " OE runs all homebrew from the /PSP/GAME302 folder using the 3.02 kernel. "
