Sorry to be anal about it but Ive nearly completed MGS and dont want to have to start from the beginning again

had prob with game saves that where on mem card i used to install firmware but i always keep back up game saves deleted ones on memstick put back up ones on they work fine. hope this helps

I keep getting those BSOD at the system settings and internet browser, and the homebrew doesnt work.

But I was impatient and forced the battery thing. . . I'm gunna try reflashing.

No luck

. Same problem. I guess i'll just have to recover to 1.50 and do the whole 2.71 SE process again. . .

Apparently you can use the ps1 eboots and they now won't pe specific to the PSP that downloaded it. But you can't play the .img/.bin.iso files as far as I know.
