Okay, uh, I've been out for a while and since I can't find the confirmation, does Persona 2 runs properly already?

the resident evil 3 works in PAL not NTSC

Ive got Final Fantasy 7 (NTSC)working perfectly on 3.71 but on 3.8 and higher it crashes in battles.

Digimon World 3 -Loads but crashed when you try to enter buildings.

Final Fantasy 8- Works, no crash when castings spells but it will occasionally crash in the training area of balamb garden

Arc the Lad III (NTSC) (2 CDs) (Part of ATL Collection): Freezes before the intro movie even starts

Digimon World 3 (NTSC): Freezes at some points (I got as far as the inner room in the inn)
