Default 3.02 OE-B Clockspeed?; IR Shell not working.

Is there a way to change the clockspeed for UMD games in 3.02 OE-B, or will there ever be? Games like Brothers in Arms: D-Day run extremely slow at 222mhz but run great at 333mhz.

Also, I can't get IR Shell to work ever since I got 3.02 OE-B. It says that the data is corrupted and won't let me start it. I've put IR Shell in both GAME and GAME150 but it makes no difference.
I need IR Shell for file manipulation when I don't have a computer around.

The latest IR Shell 3.1 1.50 version, does work in 3.02OE-B.

Also, I believe the MP3 plugin can change the clock speed, as it could when it was for 2.71SE.

IR Shell definitely works, now! Thanks a lot!
I guess I could just run DevHook to fix the clock speed. I'm not sure what the MP3 plugin is.

Brothers in Arms works fine on my 3.02 OE-B, and the latest version of iRshell works like the ones above say.

Who said Brothers in Arms didn't work? It skips a lot and sometimes runs really slow on 222mhz, but it runs fast and clean on 333mhz. Don't talk like I'm stupid, I've played it thoroughly on both speeds.
And yeah, I said "IR Shell definitely works, now!" what with me getting the latest version.
