Whats some sweet photoshop plugins?

I really want to get better at this whole photoshop stuff and i was wondering if someone could tell me what plugins they use

myself i use all the alien stuff

lol.. proffesionals dont use plugins.. (reffering to custom ones) its not just copy paste - emboss and put your name on it.

There are many plugins such as Vertues Fluid Mask 2, which do neat things. Fluid Mask is an improvement upon the magic wand so you could easily cut out objects from pictures. These plugins, however, cost lots of money, some even more than Photoshop itself.
