    Default Help with HEND...

Since I am too scared to downgrade my sisters new 2.71 PSP, (I don't know if it is a TA-82 or a TA-86) I thought I should try to run homebrew on it.

Anyway's, I try to run homebrew via the GAME menu, and I get an error. What can I do to run homebrew?

You can't run homebrew on a 2.71 PSP unless it is SE. I thought you might've known that dude.

The only way to check a TA-086 is by opening up.But i doubt it is one as they were found on the blue PSP's

You can LOOK HEREto check weather it is a TA-082

I know how to check for one.

It's a factory 2.71. It has the ICI003 number in the UMD drive.

Could I tell by the serial number on the PSP?

Well, if it has IC1003 in the top right corner, it is a TA-082. Which, luckily for you can be downgraded
