MS0 Gameboot mod

I am having dificulties using the gameboot MS0 boot mod...

I have put the Gameboot.pmf in mso:/

but it says (the program) that there is not opening_plugin.prx then, I read the readme.txt and it told me I had to copy from flash0. so I did.
Copyed it to the Memory Stick's root, and then it told me to hex it (unencrypted) T_T I am a n00b in this area, can someone hex it for me? I have 3.03 OE-A'

Put this in your root of your memory stick then use the GBMOD program and it will do the hexing for you remember to unzip this rar in the root of your memory stick the program will do the rest. Then you just stick the gameboot on the root of your memory stick.
