Bruce Willis wants his daughters to inherit his iTunes music and Samsung wants Apple to pay if the iPhone 5 has 4G LTE.
Willis is considering legal action to address the issue of transferability of iTunes Store music purchases. He wants his daughters to be able to inherit his music collection upon his death, but Apple’s terms prohibit any transfer of ownership.
As an alternative to going ahead with a lawsuit, Willis is also said to be considering setting up a family trust to own his iTunes music.
As well as battling with Brucie, Samsung also has it in for Apple. The Korean manufacturer is reportedly planning to sue Apple if the company’s new iPhone uses 4G connectivity.
Apple has repeatedly argued that a selection of Samsung’s patents should be made industry standards due to their broad, sweeping nature.
This news comes just days after Samsung was ordered to pay $1.05 billion to Apple following a longstanding dispute over design patents in the US.
