    If you are on an oe firmware (except for 3.10 oe), then go to recovery mode, select 'advanced', and select 'Toggle USB (flash0)'. Connect your psp to a pc and go into vsh>resource. Put your new topmenu_plugin.rco in there and overwrite the old one. Change the name of 'background.bmp' to '01-12.bmp' and place it in the same folder and overwrite. Go out of recovery mode and toggle the USB as you normally would through the XMB. Place the 'wallpaper.jpg' in PSP>PHOTO and disconnect the usb. Go into photo through the XMB and select the image. Press triangle and choose the 'set as wallpaper' option.

    k I followed those instructions exactly. And when i left the recovery mode and it began to go into the psp menu..everything went white and then my psp shut off???

    haha that means u did something wrong u have to put the 3.03 oe a update in a recovery folder and run it from recovery mode

    lol i thought i would never see this menu again. thanks man. Thanks to whoever created that recovery, its the $#@!.

    Lol this it does not work in 3.13OE-A'? i can back to 3.03OE-C?

    Yes i just recently have.

    Use the recovery to go back to 1.50 and then install 3.03OE-c
