    Is it okay to leave my laptop battery die all the time?
    Before my laptop battery would work on 4% but now at 10% it turns off?
    What does that mean?

    it will be ok to let your laptop die but in the long run it will weaken the battery, hence why it turns off at 10%

    the battery needs to be replaced

    I'm using my laptop without a battery(direct plugged-in), yes, it's working well. but soon I'll change it!
