not really, but better compat on psx games, and just a few new features in the firmware its self.
and its false. dont matter what mother board you have. it will not brick unless u do something wrong.

Oh... sorry this a warning for the official 3.10 update.
It should probably say that in the title of the thread,
but I agree that I need to read threads much closer before replying to them.
If 3.10 OE has better PSX emulation then its worth it.
That part wasn't clear to me either, thanks xg917
Just to make sure I think I'll wait for the 3.02 pops plug-in for 3.10 first before taking that step.
