What is the best program do make 3d maps and 3d models and textures for DS?


I've got 100+ pages... of concepts for a 3D FPS (Codename: Project Future).
Every character, enemy, allies are designed already,
The weapons and vehicles are almost done.
The muliplayer is being planned carefully.
The achitecture I've designed looks amazing.

We have 10 people working on this game.
