Well I know about the one using GTA:LCS but the only place I can find the unpatched version is on Ebay...which goes for over $55.00 which i'm not willing to spend on since i'm totally broke. So i was kind of hoping for a GTA:LCS-free downgrader.

Thats cool that 3.11 has been decrypted, no doubt theres going to be a new custom firmware within a few days.

I'm still on 303oec for now though and cant be arsed to keep reflashing my psp each week... i'll just wait for some more features added that interest me and then i'll upgrade again.

This is top news though, Sony have got to be $hitting themselves now that DA is on the case! lol

I want Custom Icons on My 3.10 OE!!! X-Flash Doesn't support 3.03oe-c + and Flash Agent doesn't support topmenu =( What about "USB Flasher" is it possible that way?? or will psp "brick"?
