    Default Buying PS3 from japan

    If i buy a PS3 from japan from a site that is in english will it be programed in english or i will i have to change a setting and also can i buy english Blue Rays nd PS3 games in england ?

    your in the wrong section dude but still.

    ps3's are multi-regional so they will be able to play all games.

    But, who knows, there might be a firmware update soon which means there put into regions.

    so what happens if it gets put into regions would i have to buy ps3 games in the UK or Japan?

    If the firmware does change to regions, you will need to buy jap games.

    As it will technically be a jap console.

    I doubt it will happen though.

    i think all games for the ps3 are region free, but moives are not! so if you get a Japanese ps3 you can only play Asian films

    japanese are region 2 and so is the uk.
