Xbox Live Arcade puzzle platformer Fez is branching out to Windows PC, Linux and possibly Vita in coming months.
The game's creator Phil Fish confirmed via
today that the game will arrive on Steam for Windows on May 1, for which a
Steam page
has already gone live.Fish added that Linux versions will "eventually follow".He went on to say that he's "working with Sony" on bringing the game to Vita although he couldn't "100% confirm" a Vita version is on the way.Fish added that he's also working with Ouya on a possible port for the Android console, and an Apple iOS version is also "highly probable".Fez originally released on April 13, 2012 on Xbox Live Arcade, with charming pizxelated visuals and a unique gameplay which uses 2D and 3D perspectives as the basis for its intricate puzzles.
