Nook has cut the price of its standard e-reader drastically as it seeks to make a big push into the UK marketplace.
Head over to uk.nook.com now for the discounted price.
Nook has emailed the offer out, but has also cut the price at key retailers including Argos and Sainsbury's (currently out of stock at the latter).
The brand has been available in the UK since September of last year, including the Nook Simple Touch that features in this offer, but grabbing attention away from Amazon's Kindle or the Kobo hasn't been easy.
A look at the Hot UK Deals forum suggests there will be a lot more of them in readers' hands very shortly.
"NOOK Simple Touch puts the focus on reading instead of the technology, "said Jamie Iannone, president of Digital Products at Barnes & Noble at the time of the launch.
