No you need a wireless port, or physical somewhere around you.

Or there is something that cell phone companies can install into ur laptop and you can access it from anywhere, but the connection is gonna suck, im not sure about that.

Yeah, i knew that. I was about to ask someone to battle. but its late and i realized how unlikely it is to get a battle at this time.
