3.03 updating problems.

Hey there, just a couple of questions. Ok First off, I downloaded the 3.03 update from here:

I saved it in PSP>GAME>UPDATE

But when I look in the Game Folder on my PSP it comes up with Corrupt Data icon, what am I doing wrong here or is the file broken? I have a Firmware of 2.82

And I need a Unpatched version of GTA: LCS, which I think I have but I need to double check, When you put the UMD in underneath the UMD Icon it says: PSPtm Version 2.00 Update, is that correct? It won't let me access it because I have a 2.82 firmware at the moment as I have said above.

It isn't in a .rar format though, It's just the .pbp file.

oh ok.. hmm then whats it called? i think it might have to be named UPDATE or something.

It may be a dodgy download. Try downloading from a different place.

It's called 11844_EBOOT.PBP

I renamed it UPDATE.pbp but still coems up with the Corrupt Data message/icon

call the pbp

'EBOOT.PBP'

(dont put the (')s in)

put it in the update folder.

Yeah, I'm downgrading tomorrow, but I'm still not sure if I have an unpatched version of LCS stories a gave a described it in my first post of the topic.
