How do you get Mario 64 to run full-speed? With sound?

hey, let me just say that it is not at full speed, and that full speed is 60fps, 30- just means that it's nice and playable.
it goes really slow when you go to the submarine level.

most n64 roms run at different speed. (some 30 some 60)
yep, from what I've heard most of them ran at 30fps and very few actually ran at 60fps. I think Perfect Dark was one of the ones that ran at 60fps along with a few others I can't remember. But anyways let’s not get into a huge discussion about this. The important thing is Daedalus kicks ass!![]()
I wasn't talking about running Perfect Dark on Daedalus. I was talking about how fast Perfect Dark and other N64 games ran on original hardware. I have also noticed that Perfect Dark doesn't run; I hope that someday Daedalus might be able to handle such a game. The way StrmnNrmn's working it may just be a possibility.
I think we need just atleast one more compatibility update. That won't hurt the speed of other games at all, i don't think, and speed will probably natually tack on when he's working on it. You can't have 3 in a row of mainly speed.
taco, i dont think he was saying he got PDark to work, he was just saying that it ran at 60fps on the N64. Also, I THINK PDark NEEDED the expansion chip to work.
Now, has anyone tried "Sin & Punishment"?!?!? If you don't know, it's the best N64 game to never be released outside of Japan. Seriously, being able to play this would mean more to you kids than you might think.
