What the hell?! Buzzing noise from TV..

I was transferring stuff to my Xbox through an FTP, and I went to reboot it to make sure that my changes to the main menu were saved. When I got to my room (where my Xbox is located), I heard a buzzing noise coming from my tv, and it won't turn on. As long as it's plugged in, the buzzing continues. Has this happened to any of you guys before??

no, but i would recomend keeping it unpluged until you get someone to fix it. could it of somehow gotten damaged?

Sounds like it's set to the wrong input or some such. Buzzing sounds are usually what you get with no real audio connection (and is simply the sound of electricity, the equvilant of a tv's snow).

You can't really damage the TV with an xbox, so if it actually si damaged, it's most likely a coincidence.

Yeah, I left it unplugged and I told my mom about it, she says that we'll get a new TV one day. I believe it's actually damaged, so I guess it was a coincidence. Thanks for the information.
