Help needed with running and installing plugins

Iam having issues with running plugins on my 3.40 OE-A PSP (more specifically Quick Power 0.91), i understand to create and seplugins folder in the root memory stick and create a vsh.txt file with the location of the plugin (and the plugin.prx file in said folder) however in quick power case it is all done, i activate the plugin via the recovery menu but it does not seem to work, i have even tried with various battery meter plugins with no success.

The quick power plugin works with 3.40 OE - A i have been told.

Am I missing a setting somewhere?, a option i need to enable?

Iv had problems with friends PSPs that seplugins dont work when they have the exact settings as mine! i guess its just luck if it works or not!

Double check you have everything correct!
