and I have problem when I want open option mugen my psp is not working why?

well it should already work if you have the kernal at 1.50 and the files in the right folder (GAME)

Well I have seen a game VERY similar to MUGEN called KOF 91...It's open source...Im just wondering maybe there's a chance someone can port it! :\
