Default Legs missing on d2b chip oh dear

just opened a brand new wii too modd and low and behold legs are missing which connect too the pads which u solder the chip to ?

So theres no connection to the db2 chip from the pads and no way to solder too the chip as the points are a piss take too solder too on the D2B chip ?

is this the first batch of un-moddable wii's

This has already been mentioned and discussed. You can find more information by googling. To gain access to the legs, you'll have to solder the black part of the chip to reveal the legs. doing this can harm your Wii so mod at your own risk.
