It was just awful sound. The venue wasn't so good acoustically and I don't think their sound people had really made any effort to counter balance this so it was a bit of a dirge.

The Oasis gig I went to was bad because of all the thousands of people singing along to every word all around me. I would rather have just had Liam and Noel singing.

Hmm, when I went to see them it was awesome, and I got to shake Chester and Mr. Hans hands. Plus it was before their new crappy album, and sound was good

i've been to dozens, my favourite live bands are probably Devil Sold His Soul, Deftones, 36 Crazyfists, Skindred, Poison the Well, NERD, Nine Inch Nails, Dillinger Escape Plan, Green Day (surprisingly fun live), Scarling, Killswitch Engage, A Perfect Circle, Pitchshifter...

I've seen Linkin Park live and all I can say is they do sound like they do on CD, so if you like them there you'll enjoy them live.

I guess the band I've been most disappointed seeing live was Finch, I like both of their albums but they just weren't very good live- he's not really a fantastic singer unfortunately

Since Smashing Pumpkins and RATM are now reformed I'd love to catch them live.

Well if you're not a fan of them anyway then you'd probably say they do suck live, because they sound exactly the same live as they do on the CD
